Sugar-Free Yellow Cake

Our main purpose is to provide you with a special recipe for this delicious sugar-free cake. You may name it as the sugar-free version of the popular yellow cake. The yellow color comes from the additional eggs used for this cake. Hence, the number of eggs for this dessert is much more than the number of eggs that people use to make normal cakes.
To prepare this delicacy, first, take a non-stick pan. Dust it with flour from all sides. Pre-heat the oven before adding any ingredients. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder, and mix them. Then, set them aside. In another bowl, mix butter and sweetener (sugar alternative) together until smooth. Now, add at least 4 eggs to the mixture and stir in. You can also put some vanilla extract. It will take at least 10 minutes to swirl the eggs properly. Therefore, take your time and don’t hurry. At last, you can mix the whole thing together.
Bake it in a non-stick pan for 30 minutes and keep it in the vessel for about 10 minutes to cool down. Then, you can take it out carefully and it’s ready to serve.

Sugar-Free Carrot Cake
This is not only sugar-free but is gluten-free as well. It is made with Greek yogurt and it’s very moist and tender. It comes with low carb content and is butter and oil-free.
To make this cake, you have to pre-heat the oven at about 300 degrees. Put a baking paper in a cake pan and cover it from all sides. In a bowl, mix coconut flour and baking powder, add cinnamon and nutmeg and stir.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and swirl it properly with sweetener. Then add vanilla extract and Greek yogurt and stir until they are totally mixed.
Pour the coconut flour mixture to the egg combination and then stir again until the batter becomes thick. Add some fresh finely chopped carrots and coconut flakes, and then give a last stir.
Bake the final mixture in an oven until it’s golden brown. It usually takes 30 minutes. Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
This cake recipe will take an hour to prepare. Crushed almonds and pecans will add an amazing taste to it.
